Nutrition Counseling

to prioritize your wellbeing

Managing a health condition can come with a lot of advice about what you should—and shouldn’t—eat. We’ll help you make sense of that advice and find a way forward that supports your health and fits your life.

Our registered dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy: personalized nutrition care for specific medical diagnoses. Together, we’ll develop a realistic plan that considers your medical needs, food preferences, routines, and relationship with food.

A Plan That Works for You

You know your life. We know nutrition. Together, we’ll develop a plan that brings both into the conversation. We’ll consider your diagnosis, symptoms, medical history, and relationship with food—along with your preferences, routines, budget, and what feels manageable right now.

Our weight-neutral approach focuses on supporting your health without making weight loss the goal. With your permission, your dietitian can coordinate with your doctor or other treatment providers so your nutrition care fits into the bigger picture. We’ll check in, problem-solve, and adjust the plan as your needs change.
